Arterra Atelier operates this website and all related services. All products are handmade ceramic items. Some products are ready in stock, while others are made to order. Certain lavabo models are also available in stock.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or errors in product description.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via the available payment methods.
Cash on Delivery is not available.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.
In-stock items: 1 to 3 business days for processing.
Made-to-order items: 6 to 10 business days for processing.
Delivery time:
- Morocco: ~2 business days
- International: 7 to 10 business days
Shipping carriers include Aramex, FedEx, and DHL.
All ceramic products are fragile and packaged with special protective packaging.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (all shipping is free).

6. Product Disclaimer

Since all items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur.
These variations are not considered defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arterra Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
