All our products are handmade ceramic items. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos showing the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item has been used.

  • The damage is caused by improper use or handling.

  • The request is made after 48 hours from delivery.

Shipping is free. Since shipping is free, shipping costs are non-refundable.
